Cash on Delivery (COD):

Order processing begins upon confirmation of receipt of the transfer.

When placing an order, please complete the "Billing Address" section with your company's details. Ensure that you include the following information:

  • Company Name
  • VAT ID
  • Company Address

These details will be used to issue an invoice for your order. If you have specific requirements or questions regarding invoicing, please contact our customer support team.

When returning products purchased from us, you can request a refund via bank transfer. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will transfer the refunded amount back to the bank account you have specified. Please complete and attach the product return form when returning the item.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide various delivery time options depending on the availability of the product:

Standard Delivery:
For most products, the delivery time is up to 7 business days.

Express Delivery for Available Models:
For models that are ready-made and in stock, we offer delivery within 48 hours.

Express delivery is available for products listed in the "Delivery within 48 hours" category.

Our delivery cost is 5.99 euros per order.

For purchases of 100 euros or more, delivery is free of charge.

These prices apply to deliveries within the country.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. Use this number to track your parcel.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt, allowing you time to review your products and decide if you are satisfied with your purchase.

To exercise your right to return, please ensure that the products are in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that we do not accept returns of swimwear.

  1. Print and Complete the Return Form. Print and fill out the Return Form, including your order number and the bank account details for the refund.
  2. Prepare the Package. Place the products you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form, into the original packaging of your order.
  3. Send the Package to the Following Address:

Please Note: The cost of the return courier service is to be covered by the customer.
