"Twiggy Shop" is the company "Twiggy Shop LTD", EIC 203138688, located in the city of Ruse, Sveti Naum street 15, 7000, Bulgaria, which creates and maintains the online store, and determines these General terms and conditions under which the goods are sold.

"Twiggy Shop LTD" has the full rights to unilaterally change the content of the website and the ways of accessing it.

"ORDER" is the request made by the Consumer to the online store to purchase one or more specific items (articles). The order is packed and sent by courier to the address specified in the order by the Consumer, after being approved by email or phone.

"SALE AGREEMENT" is the distance contract for the purchase-sale of goods between the Seller and the Consumer, concluded through this online store.

"COURIER" is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the Consumer, and works in accordance with the requirements of the Postal Services Law.

• 2. General Conditions 

Users of the system are individuals who express interest in purchasing the items offered by www.twiggyshop.eu 

• To shop from the online store www.twiggyshop.eu , you need to express your desire to place an order by registering with a password and email (e-mail) or the recipient's name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
• Each customer of the online store gives consent to accept, comply with, and not violate the terms of use of the website.
• The system distinguishes two types of users: Registered and Unregistered.
• By clearly expressing your intentions and actions - such as REGISTRATION or Purchase of goods - you agree and accept the terms of use of the website and the store's policies.

All prices of items on the website are inclusive of VAT. Each item listed on the website has its price, main characteristics of the product, and additional information that will assist the customer in making an informed decision when purchasing the product.

 As a customer of www.twiggyshop.eu  - You declare that you agree with the following conditions: terms of use of the TwiggyShop.eu system; delivery conditions for goods; delivery deadlines; conditions for payment for goods; conditions for complaints and return of goods.

4.1 TERMS OF USE FOR TWIGGYSHOP.EU SYSTEM

• You state that as a user; with your registration you agree and accept these terms of use for the services provided by www.twiggyshop.eu. • Upon registration, you declare your agreement to be responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the published address information. 4.2 ORDER AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS FOR THE GOODS:

• Orders in the online store www.twiggyshop.eu are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• To place an order, each customer is required to provide: a precise address, contact phone number, name and a valid email.
• The order is activated after adding a product, and by pressing the confirm order button.
• Upon successful completion of an order, the customer receives an electronic email to the email address provided by him for the order made. This email specifies the ordered item, the order number, the date and time the order was placed.
• In the event that the ordered item (specific model) is not available, the consultant informs the customer.
• If the customer does not agree to replace the order with another item (similar model) or to wait for the model to be restocked, the order can be canceled.
• Operators' working hours with www.twiggyshop.eu :

Every day from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

• Orders received without proper customer data (User) or missing data are canceled if the seller does not receive the correct data within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Such orders receive the status "REJECTED" due to the impossibility of execution.
• Every customer can cancel a placed order within 24 hours, without having to mention the reasons for the cancellation.

4.2.1 ORDER DELIVERY:

• Orders are delivered by the courier company DPD and DHL. All ordered goods are delivered by DPD and DHL to the chosen address.
• If the Consumer does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address in the specified time or does not receive the package from the courier office to receive the goods in time, if he has chosen this option, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

4.2.2 DELIVERY TERMS:

• The delivery term for the ordered goods is up to 7 working days depending on the customer's location and the courier's schedule, unless a different delivery term is specified in the article description.
• The delivery term may be increased if the order is made on official holidays.
• In case the ordered article or articles are not available, the customer is informed of the delivery term, which is up to 15 days.
• Deliveries are not made during official holidays or non-working days.

 

4.2.3 DELIVERY PRICE:

• The delivery price for purchases over 100€ is free.

• The delivery price for purchases under 100€ is 7.99€

4.3 TERMS FOR PAYMENT OF GOODS:

• The payment is made by card when placing an order or to the courier upon receiving the shipment (cash on delivery).

4.4 TERMS FOR COMPLAINTS AND PRODUCT RETURNS:

• Any purchased item from www.twiggyshop.eu can be returned within 14 days of its purchase.
• Returned items must be in unbroken condition and retain their commercial appearance.
• Each item must be returned with its accompanying payment documents (if available).
• Items are returnable, but all courier charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you send a package without paying for the return courier fee, it will not be accepted. In the case of returned items, all amounts paid for orders will be refunded by bank transfer, excluding courier fees. Returns or exchanges of underwear and lingerie are not accepted for hygienic reasons.
• Please note that you will be charged a fee of 1€ for processing the package and payment arrangement.

• In case of contract termination, if the User has paid for the item, the paid amount for the returned item will be refunded to the bank account specified by him within 14 days after the return of the item.
• Amounts will not be refunded until the User returns the item. If the item is not returned within 14 days, the contract termination will not take effect

Twiggy Shop provides online sales of women's clothing. www.twiggyshop.eu publishes women's clothing without violating established rules of conduct and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Twiggy Shop organizes games and promotions for the products displayed.

 

5.2 OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TWIGGY SHOP:

• Twiggy Shop is responsible for maintaining current prices on all products displayed on the website.
• Twiggy Shop is obligated to serve each customer correctly.
• Twiggy Shop is not obligated to guarantee that purchasing any product displayed on the website will meet specific needs for customers.
• Twiggy Shop reserves the right to reject or postpone orders made by website users in the event that the products are not available and cannot be delivered within the agreed upon time frame.
• Twiggy Shop is not obligated to store information about published products indefinitely.

• Twiggy Shop reserves the right to remove, update, or delete any products displayed on the website and update the terms and conditions at any time.
• Twiggy Shop is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of products purchased by users.
• Twiggy Shop is not responsible for any payments made by users. The website does not guarantee that all products are presented with their current colors and designs. Some may differ due to different monitor settings. 

5.3 TWIGGY SHOP's RIGHTS

Twiggy Shop has the following rights but not the obligation to:

• Remove, delete or prohibit the publishing of information on the website that is in violation of the current rules and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
• Remove users, products, promotions, articles or information, addresses, phone numbers, web pages, in case of non-compliance with the current rules for the use of www.twiggyshop.eu . In case it is established that a specific user is not complying with the current conditions and spreading materials and information protected by copyright and prohibited by law, www.twiggyshop.eu  reserves the right but not the obligation to remove them from the system.
• www.twiggyshop.eu  reserves the right to refuse or postpone orders made by users on the website if the items are not available and cannot be delivered within the agreed upon time and period.
• www.twiggyshop.eu  reserves the right to control the time of message retention.
• www.twiggyshop.eu reserves the right, but not the obligation to monitor the materials sent through the system. www.twiggyshop.eu  has the right, but not the obligation to remove materials considered to be a threat or form of violence.
• It reserves the right to provide the authorities with the published information and exchanged correspondence or any information about users on the website upon request.
• To send to the email addresses specified in registration, advertising messages, including newsletters, games and sponsored presentations to users of the website.
• www.twiggyshop.eu  reserves the right to remove at any time the provision of all or some of the services offered on the website

• Replace the description of the items without prior notice. Change the content of the website: stop offering items, change delivery times, introduce promotions and discounts. Remove links without prior notice.
• Not serve customers who are not correct, do not comply with the specified conditions.
• Remove and reject orders from users in the event that the provided contact information is not up-to-date and the CUSTOMER's actions do not comply with the conditions above. In such a case, www.twiggyshop.eu is not obliged to serve incorrect customers.

We guarantee that in no way do we provide your personal information to third parties.
