HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The returned items must be in unbroken condition and retain their commercial appearance. The return period begins on the day of delivery of your order.
If you want to return something, please use the following steps:
- Print the RETURN FORM and fill in your order number, indicate the bank account you would like to have the amount refunded to, account holder title, etc.
- Place the item you want to return, including the Return Form, in the package that your order was delivered in. Please do not forget that the Return Form must always be attached to the item being returned.

IS IT NECESSARY TO PAY FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT?
- The items are eligible for return if all courier charges are at the customer's expense. In case you send a package without paying for the return courier fee, it will not be accepted.
- In what way will I be informed that the items I am returning have been processed? After we receive your package at our warehouse, we will send you a return notification by email, in which we will confirm the receipt of the package.
- Can I return underwear or swimsuits? We apologize, but we do not accept returns of underwear or swimsuits for hygienic reasons.
REFUND OF AMOUNTS
Upon returning a product, all paid amounts for the order are restored via bank transfer. The period for restoring orders is within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products in our warehouses. The fee for processing and transferring the returned items is 1€. This amount will be deduced from the amount to be refunded.
